Payment Plan Agreement

Become A Courier Ltd
Payment Plan Agreement
Version 1.0
Last updated: June 2026

This Payment Plan Agreement applies where a customer chooses to purchase a programme, course, bundle, membership, digital product, coaching package, database, resource, template, download or any other product or service from Become A Courier Ltd using a payment plan.

By selecting a payment plan at checkout, the customer agrees to this Payment Plan Agreement in addition to the main Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment Plan Selected at Checkout

The customer’s specific payment plan will be shown at checkout before purchase.

This may include:

  • the product or programme being purchased
  • the first payment due today
  • the number of instalments
  • the amount of each instalment
  • the payment frequency
  • the total amount payable under the payment plan

By completing checkout, the customer agrees to the payment plan shown at the time of purchase.

2. Payment Plan Is Not a Subscription

A payment plan is a method of paying for a fixed purchase in instalments.

It is not a subscription.

The customer is not paying for ongoing monthly access that can simply be cancelled at any time. The customer is purchasing the product, programme or service selected at checkout and agrees to pay the full amount due under the payment plan.

3. Liability for the Full Balance

By choosing a payment plan, the customer agrees to pay the full balance due under that payment plan.

The customer remains liable for the full balance even if they:

  • stop participating in the programme
  • stop accessing the training
  • stop using coaching, support or community areas
  • do not download or use the resources provided
  • miss one or more instalment payments
  • change their mind after access has been provided
  • decide they no longer want to continue with the product or programme

Missing a payment does not cancel the agreement.

Non-use of the programme does not remove the obligation to pay.

4. Immediate Access to Digital Content

The customer understands that they may receive immediate access to digital content after purchase.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • online training
  • video content
  • downloadable resources
  • databases
  • templates
  • guides
  • cheat sheets
  • community access
  • coaching access
  • support materials
  • bonus content

By completing checkout, the customer confirms they want access to begin immediately.

5. Failed or Missed Payments

The customer is responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds available for each scheduled instalment.

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, Become A Courier Ltd may attempt to collect the payment again using the payment method provided.

Any missed, failed or overdue payment remains payable.

A failed payment does not cancel the payment plan, cancel the purchase, or remove the customer’s liability for the outstanding balance.

6. Suspension of Access

If one or more payments become overdue, Become A Courier Ltd reserves the right to suspend access to the product, programme, training, coaching, support, community areas, digital resources, databases, templates, downloads and any related materials.

Access may remain suspended until the overdue payment has been made or the outstanding balance has been resolved.

Suspension of access does not cancel the payment plan and does not remove the customer’s obligation to pay the outstanding balance.

7. Cancellation, Suspension or Non-Use

The customer understands that the payment plan remains payable even if:

  • access is suspended due to missed payments
  • the customer stops logging in
  • the customer stops attending coaching or support sessions
  • the customer stops participating in the community
  • the customer does not use the training or materials
  • the customer asks to cancel after access has been provided

The payment plan agreement survives cancellation, suspension or non-use of the product or programme.

8. Debt Recovery and Legal Action

If the customer does not pay the outstanding balance, Become A Courier Ltd reserves the right to take further action to recover the unpaid amount.

This may include:

  • contacting the customer about overdue payments
  • suspending access
  • passing the debt to a debt recovery agency
  • taking legal action
  • seeking recovery of reasonable costs incurred in collecting the unpaid balance, where permitted by law

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • provide accurate checkout information
  • use a valid payment method
  • keep their payment details up to date
  • ensure future instalments can be collected
  • contact Become A Courier Ltd if there is a payment issue
  • not share account access with other people
  • comply with the main Terms & Conditions

10. Acceptance at Checkout

At checkout, the customer may be required to confirm that they have read and agree to:

  • the Terms & Conditions
  • this Payment Plan Agreement
  • immediate access to digital content

By ticking the required agreement checkbox and completing checkout, the customer confirms acceptance of the terms that apply to their purchase.

Become A Courier Ltd may store evidence of this acceptance, including the customer’s name, email address, product purchased, payment plan selected, date and time of purchase, agreement version, payment history and access history where available.

11. Version Control

This is Payment Plan Agreement v1.0.

The version accepted by the customer at checkout applies to that customer’s purchase.

Become A Courier Ltd may update this Payment Plan Agreement from time to time. Any updated version will apply to new purchases from the date it is published, unless otherwise stated.

12. Relationship With Main Terms & Conditions

This Payment Plan Agreement should be read alongside the main Terms & Conditions.

If there is any conflict between this Payment Plan Agreement and the main Terms & Conditions in relation to payment plans, this Payment Plan Agreement will apply to the payment plan terms, unless stated otherwise.

13. Governing Law

This Payment Plan Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to this Payment Plan Agreement shall be handled in accordance with the laws and courts of England and Wales, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
