This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Become a Courier Ltd, including the Mentorship Programme, Courier Business Accelerator, Courier Launch Bundle, databases, cheat sheets, downloadable resources, one-to-one calls and any related digital products or services.
By purchasing from Become a Courier Ltd, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Digital Products and Instant Access
Most of our products are digital products and/or online training products. This may include course access, training videos, downloadable materials, databases, templates, guides, cheat sheets and other online resources.
Where instant access is provided, you may be asked at checkout to confirm that you want immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be lost once access begins.
Once digital content has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, opened or otherwise consumed, refunds are no longer available unless required by law.
System access logs, download records, delivery records and activity records may be used to determine refund eligibility.
Mentorship Programme – 48-Hour Cooling-Off Period
We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period for the Become a Courier Mentorship Programme, starting from the date and time of purchase.
During this 48-hour period, you may request a refund provided that the core training materials of the Mentorship Programme have not been accessed, viewed, downloaded or otherwise consumed.
This cooling-off period is designed to allow customers time to review their decision before beginning the core training.
Access to Core Training Content
Once access to the core training content of the Mentorship Programme has been granted and recorded by our systems, the 48-hour cooling-off period ends and refunds are no longer available.
Access to core training content includes, but is not limited to:
- Opening or viewing mentorship training modules
- Watching training videos
- Downloading mentorship resources or materials
- Accessing worksheets, templates, scripts or supporting documents
- Participating in live or recorded coaching calls, Q&A sessions or mentorship activities
- Accessing any private member area connected to the programme
System access logs and activity records are used to determine refund eligibility.
Courier Business Accelerator
The Courier Business Accelerator includes the Mentorship Programme and access to digital database products, including the End User Database and Subcontractor Database.
Because this bundle includes digital training and database access, refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase if:
- The core training content has not been accessed
- The End User Database has not been accessed, viewed, downloaded or opened
- The Subcontractor Database has not been accessed, viewed, downloaded or opened
- No downloadable resources, templates, cheat sheets or supporting materials have been accessed or downloaded
Once any part of the Courier Business Accelerator has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, opened or otherwise consumed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Courier Launch Bundle
The Courier Launch Bundle includes the Mentorship Programme, database access and a one-to-one launch call.
Because this bundle includes digital training, database access and a personalised service, refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase if:
- The core training content has not been accessed
- The End User Database has not been accessed, viewed, downloaded or opened
- The Subcontractor Database has not been accessed, viewed, downloaded or opened
- No downloadable resources, templates, cheat sheets or supporting materials have been accessed or downloaded
- The one-to-one launch call has not been booked, scheduled, attended or delivered
Once any part of the Courier Launch Bundle has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, opened, booked, scheduled or otherwise consumed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Databases
Database products, including the End User Database and Subcontractor Database, are digital prospecting resources.
Due to their digital nature, database products are non-refundable once access has been provided, opened, viewed, downloaded or otherwise delivered.
This applies whether the databases are purchased separately or as part of a bundle.
The databases are provided as prospecting tools only. They do not guarantee work, contracts, replies, income, customers or business results.
Cheat Sheets, Guides and Downloadable PDFs
Cheat sheets, guides, templates, PDFs and other downloadable digital materials are non-refundable once delivered, opened, accessed or downloaded.
This applies whether they are purchased separately, included as part of a bundle, or added at checkout.
One-to-One Calls, Game Plan Sessions and Launch Calls
One-to-one calls, Game Plan Sessions, launch calls, coaching calls, consultation calls and packages of calls are non-refundable once purchased, booked, scheduled or delivered.
This includes situations where the customer:
- Does not attend the call
- Cancels late
- Fails to book the call
- Does not complete the call
- Is dissatisfied with the outcome
- Does not implement the advice provided
These services involve reserved time, preparation and personalised support, so they are not covered by the 48-hour cooling-off period once booked or scheduled.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided:
- After 48 hours from the time of purchase
- After core training content has been accessed
- After database access has been provided, opened, viewed or downloaded
- After digital downloads, cheat sheets, guides, templates or PDFs have been delivered, opened or downloaded
- After a one-to-one call, Game Plan Session, launch call or coaching session has been purchased, booked, scheduled or delivered
- Based on lack of results, income, work, customers, replies or contracts
- Based on time availability, motivation, change of mind or change of personal circumstances
- Due to dissatisfaction after consuming content, resources or services
- Where the customer has failed to complete the programme or implement the advice provided
All programmes, databases and services are educational and/or prospecting resources. They require time, effort and implementation. Results are not guaranteed.
No Guarantee of Results
Become a Courier Ltd does not guarantee that customers will secure courier work, customers, contracts, income, replies, subcontracting opportunities or any specific business result.
Any examples, case studies, testimonials or income references are for illustrative purposes only and should not be treated as a promise or guarantee of results.
Your results depend on factors including your location, effort, pricing, outreach, follow-up, communication, availability, vehicle type, local demand and how you apply the training.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 48-hour cooling-off period, you must contact us in writing within 48 hours of purchase by emailing:
Your request must include:
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- The product purchased
- The date and time of purchase
- A brief reason for the refund request
Refund requests submitted outside of the 48-hour period, or after access to digital content, databases, downloads or services has begun, will not be approved unless required by law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable where applicable
- Refund processing times depend on your payment provider
- Access to the purchased product will be removed once a refund is approved
- Any bonus materials, database access, downloads or member access will also be removed
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to follow this Refund Policy before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Chargebacks initiated in breach of this policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access
- Restriction from future purchases
- Cancellation of any booked calls or services
- The dispute being contested using system access logs, delivery records, download records, booking records and this Refund Policy
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where a product or service has been accessed, delivered, downloaded, booked or consumed in line with this policy.
