Mentorship Programme – 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for the Become a Courier Mentorship Programme, starting from the date of purchase.

During this period, you may request a refund provided that the core training materials of the Mentorship Programme have not been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or otherwise consumed.

This cooling-off period is designed to allow customers time to review their decision before beginning the core training.


Access to Core Training Content

Once access to the core training content of the Mentorship Programme has been granted and recorded by our systems, the cooling-off period ends and refunds are no longer available.

Access to core training content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opening or viewing mentorship training modules

  • Watching training videos

  • Downloading mentorship resources or materials

  • Participating in live or recorded coaching calls, Q&A sessions, or mentorship activities

System access logs and activity records are used to determine refund eligibility.


Non-Refundable Products & Services

The following products and services are strictly non-refundable, due to their digital and/or personalised nature:

  • Cheat Sheets, Guides, or Downloadable PDFs
    Once delivered or downloaded, digital materials cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

  • One-on-One Game Plan Sessions
    This includes any one-to-one training, coaching, or consultation calls (including packages of multiple calls).
    These services are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of attendance, completion, or outcome.

These products and services are not covered by the 7-day cooling-off period applicable to the Mentorship Programme.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided:

  • After core training content of the Mentorship Programme has been accessed

  • For digital downloads or cheat sheets once delivered

  • For one-to-one calls or coaching sessions once purchased

  • Based on lack of results, time availability, motivation, or change of personal circumstances

  • For dissatisfaction after consuming content or services

All programmes and services are educational in nature and require time, effort, and implementation. Results are not guaranteed.


How to Request a Refund (Mentorship Programme Only)

To request a refund under the 7-day cooling-off period for the Mentorship Programme, you must contact us in writing within 7 days of purchase by emailing:

Refund requests submitted outside of this period, or after access to core training content, will not be approved.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times depend on your payment provider


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to follow this Refund Policy before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Chargebacks initiated in breach of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access

  • Restriction from future purchases

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks using system access logs, delivery records, and this Refund Policy.
