Payment Plan Agreement

Become A Courier Ltd
Version 1.1
Last updated: August 2026

Note: Any updates to the payment plan agreement supersedes the older version of the payment plan. When you purchase and accept to agree to the payment plan, you are agreeing to these conditions.

This Payment Plan Agreement applies where a customer chooses to purchase a programme, course, bundle, fixed-term membership, digital product, coaching package, database, resource, template, download or any other product or service from Become A Courier Ltd using a payment plan.

By selecting a payment plan and completing checkout, the customer agrees to this Payment Plan Agreement in addition to Become A Courier Ltd’s main Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

This Agreement is intended for fixed-price purchases paid for by instalments. It must not be used for a rolling or automatically renewing subscription unless the checkout terms expressly state otherwise.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes any rights the customer has under applicable consumer law.

1. Payment Plan Selected at Checkout

The customer’s specific payment plan will be shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.

This may include:

  • the product, programme or service being purchased;

  • the first payment due at checkout;

  • the number of instalments;

  • the amount of each instalment;

  • the payment frequency;

  • the scheduled payment dates;

  • the total amount payable under the payment plan; and

  • any other important conditions applying to the purchase.

By completing checkout, the customer agrees to the payment plan displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Fixed Instalment Agreement — Not a Subscription

A payment plan is a method of paying the fixed purchase price of a product, programme or service in instalments.

It is not a subscription that can simply be cancelled from one month to the next.

By selecting a payment plan, the customer is purchasing the complete product, programme or service shown at checkout and agrees to pay all scheduled instalments until the full balance has been paid.

This remains subject to:

  • the customer’s statutory cancellation and consumer rights;

  • the Refund Policy;

  • any right to a refund or remedy where Become A Courier Ltd has breached the agreement; and

  • any alternative arrangement confirmed by Become A Courier Ltd in writing.

3. First Instalment and Access

Immediate access to the product or programme will normally be granted after the first instalment has been successfully received.

Access may include:

  • the training portal;

  • online training and video content;

  • downloadable resources;

  • databases;

  • templates and guides;

  • members’ groups or group chats;

  • one-to-one support;

  • coaching sessions;

  • support materials;

  • bonus content; and

  • any other benefits included with the purchase.

Access is conditional upon the payment plan remaining up to date.

4. Immediate Supply and Cancellation Rights

Where the purchase includes digital content, the customer may be asked at checkout to:

  • expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and

  • acknowledge that, once the supply of that digital content begins, they may lose their statutory right to cancel that part of the purchase during the usual cancellation period.

Where the purchase includes coaching, support or another service, the customer may be asked to expressly request that the service begins during the statutory cancellation period.

If the customer legally cancels a service after requesting that it begin during the cancellation period, they may be required to pay a proportionate amount for any service supplied before cancellation, where permitted by law.

The customer’s statutory rights will always take priority over any conflicting provision in this Agreement.

5. Liability for the Full Balance

By choosing a payment plan, the customer agrees to pay the full amount due under the payment plan.

Subject to the customer’s statutory rights and the Refund Policy, the customer remains liable for the outstanding balance even if they:

  • stop participating in the programme;

  • stop accessing the training;

  • stop using coaching or support;

  • leave or stop using a members’ group or community;

  • do not download or use the resources provided;

  • miss one or more instalment payments;

  • change their mind after access has been provided; or

  • decide that they no longer wish to continue using the product or programme.

Missing a payment does not automatically cancel the agreement.

Non-use of the product or programme does not, by itself, remove the obligation to pay.

6. Failed or Missed Payments

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their payment method:

  • remains valid;

  • has not expired or been cancelled;

  • contains accurate payment information; and

  • has sufficient funds available for each scheduled instalment.

If an instalment fails or becomes overdue, Become A Courier Ltd may automatically retry the payment using the payment method provided, where technically possible.

Become A Courier Ltd may also contact the customer to request updated payment details or payment of the overdue amount.

Any missed, failed or overdue instalment remains payable.

A failed payment does not, by itself:

  • cancel the payment plan;

  • cancel the underlying purchase;

  • terminate this Agreement; or

  • remove the customer’s liability for any amount properly due.

7. Suspension of Access

If an instalment fails or becomes overdue, Become A Courier Ltd may suspend the customer’s access immediately.

Suspension may include, but is not limited to:

  • access to the training portal;

  • access to online courses and training;

  • access to members’ groups or group chats;

  • access to one-to-one support;

  • access to coaching sessions;

  • access to databases, templates and downloads;

  • access to community areas;

  • access to bonus materials; and

  • any other programme, membership or support benefits.

Access may remain suspended until the overdue payment has been successfully received or another payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Once the overdue amount has been successfully received, Become A Courier Ltd will take reasonable steps to reinstate access.

Suspension of access does not cancel the payment plan or remove the customer’s obligation to pay amounts properly due.

Where a payment failure or suspension was caused by an administrative or technical error attributable to Become A Courier Ltd, Become A Courier Ltd will take reasonable steps to correct the issue promptly.

8. Fourteen-Day Grace Period

Become A Courier Ltd may provide a grace period of up to 14 calendar days from the date of the failed or missed instalment to allow the customer to bring their account up to date.

During the grace period:

  • the overdue instalment remains payable;

  • payment may be retried;

  • Become A Courier Ltd may contact the customer;

  • access may remain suspended; and

  • the customer should contact Become A Courier Ltd promptly if they are experiencing a payment problem.

The grace period does not change the original payment date and does not create a right to continue accessing the programme while payment remains overdue.

Become A Courier Ltd may, at its discretion, agree to an alternative payment arrangement. Any alternative arrangement must be confirmed in writing.

9. Full Remaining Balance Becoming Due

If the overdue amount has not been successfully received within 14 calendar days of the failed or missed payment, Become A Courier Ltd may issue written notice declaring the full remaining balance immediately due and payable.

Before doing so, Become A Courier Ltd may consider:

  • the amount overdue;

  • the customer’s payment history;

  • whether the customer has responded to payment communications;

  • whether there is a genuine payment dispute or technical issue;

  • whether an alternative arrangement is appropriate; and

  • any requirements imposed by applicable law.

Declaring the remaining balance due does not affect any statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights available to the customer.

10. Debt Recovery and Legal Action

If an overdue amount or accelerated balance remains unpaid, Become A Courier Ltd reserves the right to take reasonable further action to recover the debt.

This may include:

  • contacting the customer regarding the overdue balance;

  • continuing or extending the suspension of access;

  • issuing a formal payment demand;

  • referring the debt to a third-party debt recovery agency;

  • commencing legal proceedings; and

  • seeking recovery of legally recoverable costs, interest or fees.

The customer may be responsible for reasonable costs, court fees, interest or other amounts incurred in recovering the debt, but only where those amounts are proportionate and legally recoverable.

Become A Courier Ltd will not impose arbitrary or undisclosed penalty charges.

11. Cancelling Payment Methods and Payment Disputes

Cancelling or replacing a payment card, cancelling a bank mandate or removing a saved payment method does not cancel the payment plan.

The customer’s payment obligations continue until:

  • the full agreed balance has been paid;

  • a valid statutory cancellation has been exercised;

  • a refund or cancellation has been accepted under the Refund Policy;

  • Become A Courier Ltd confirms a settlement or cancellation in writing; or

  • the agreement otherwise ends in accordance with applicable law.

Initiating a chargeback or disputing a payment does not, by itself, cancel the payment plan or determine that no balance is owed.

However, nothing in this Agreement prevents the customer from raising a genuine dispute regarding an unauthorised, incorrect or legally refundable payment.

12. Cancellation, Suspension and Non-Use

Subject to the customer’s statutory rights and Refund Policy, the payment plan remains payable if:

  • access is suspended because of missed payments;

  • the customer stops logging in;

  • the customer stops attending coaching or support sessions;

  • the customer stops participating in members’ groups or community areas;

  • the customer does not use the training or materials;

  • the customer voluntarily leaves the programme; or

  • the customer asks to cancel after access has been provided.

A request to stop using the programme is not necessarily the same as exercising a legal right to cancel the underlying purchase.

13. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Any refund request will be handled in accordance with:

  • the Become A Courier Ltd Refund Policy;

  • the main Terms & Conditions; and

  • applicable consumer law.

Entering into a payment plan does not create an additional right to a refund.

Nothing in this Agreement limits the customer’s rights where a product, digital product or service:

  • is not as described;

  • is not of satisfactory quality;

  • is not fit for its intended purpose;

  • has not been supplied with reasonable care and skill; or

  • has otherwise been supplied in breach of the customer’s statutory rights.

Where a refund is approved or legally required, Become A Courier Ltd may cancel future instalments, refund amounts already paid or adjust the outstanding balance, as appropriate.

14. Future Purchases

Failure to make payments when due may affect the customer’s ability to purchase future products or services from Become A Courier Ltd.

Become A Courier Ltd may refuse to offer another payment plan to a customer who has previously:

  • missed instalments;

  • left an outstanding balance;

  • failed to respond to reasonable payment communications; or

  • breached a previous payment agreement.

15. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • provide accurate checkout and billing information;

  • use a valid payment method;

  • keep their payment details up to date;

  • ensure scheduled instalments can be collected;

  • contact Become A Courier Ltd promptly if there is a payment issue;

  • respond to reasonable communications about overdue payments;

  • not share their account access with other people;

  • comply with the main Terms & Conditions; and

  • review the payment schedule before completing their purchase.

16. Acceptance at Checkout

Before completing checkout, the customer may be required to confirm that they have read, understood and agree to:

  • the main Terms & Conditions;

  • this Payment Plan Agreement;

  • the Refund Policy;

  • the payment schedule and total amount payable;

  • the fixed nature of the payment plan; and

  • any immediate-access terms applying to digital content or services.

Where applicable, the customer may also be required to provide separate confirmation that:

  • they expressly consent to digital content being supplied immediately;

  • they acknowledge that beginning the supply of digital content may cause them to lose their statutory cancellation right for that content; and

  • they expressly request that coaching, support or other services begin during the statutory cancellation period.

By ticking the required agreement checkboxes and completing checkout, the customer confirms their acceptance of the terms applying to the purchase.

Become A Courier Ltd may store evidence of this acceptance, including:

  • the customer’s name and email address;

  • the product or programme purchased;

  • the payment plan selected;

  • the total purchase price;

  • the number and amount of instalments;

  • the date and time of purchase;

  • the Agreement version accepted;

  • the checkout confirmations provided;

  • payment history; and

  • access history, where available.

17. Version Control

This is Payment Plan Agreement Version 1.1.

The version accepted by the customer at checkout will apply to that customer’s purchase.

Become A Courier Ltd may update this Payment Plan Agreement from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, an updated version will apply only to purchases completed after the updated version is published.

Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing customer’s agreed payment schedule or materially reduce their rights.

18. Relationship With Other Policies

This Payment Plan Agreement should be read alongside Become A Courier Ltd’s:

  • main Terms & Conditions;

  • Refund Policy; and

  • any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

If there is a conflict regarding the operation of a payment plan, this Payment Plan Agreement will apply to the payment-plan provisions.

However, the customer’s statutory rights and any mandatory requirements of applicable law will always take priority.

19. Governing Law

This Payment Plan Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute relating to this Agreement will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law permits or requires the customer to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
